My name is Ashley, and I’m an early 20s high school teacher living in the (sometimes) Sunshine State. Previously, I kept my anonymity through my nomme de guerre, but I’m finally ready to share more of who I am!

I’m a 22 23 year old graduate of the University of North Florida in Jacksonville with a Bachelor of Arts in English Education and an ESOL endorsement (ESOL=English for Speakers of Other Languages). I married my favorite man on the planet on November 9, 2013 and am proud to say he has yet to try to divorce me. (That’s a joke. Take it as one, please.)

So, why am I writing this? Basically, my best friend/twin extraordinaire told me it was necessary for my sanity. This blog will be a combination of ramblings about my teaching and just things I love/hate in general. There may or may not be a flow…I guess we will find out together!
